Resources

15 years ago when pornography entered my life, I do not believe that any of these resources existed. If they did, I did not hear about them.  I am so grateful that I have discovered so many things to both help myself and my husband on this journey of overcoming pornography addiction and its devastating effects!  I'm sure this list is not comprehensive- it is simply what I have discovered so far, and what has helped me the most.

  1. Just came across your blog. I would suggest adding one more book to your list of resources for those struggling with pornography addiction. After 10 years of research, I wrote the book Power Over Pornography. When serving as a bishop, I was disheartened by the frequent relapses of those I worked with who had pornography addictions. My research, along with what I consider divine guidance, led to my writing the book. It is a drastically different approach than others but the relapse rate of those who use its methods is much lower than other methods, including ARP and SA. I hope your husband finds it useful. Please let me know if you would like me to send a free copy and include your contact information if so. My prayers are with you and Brandon
